Privacy Policy

BringPhotosBack (“we”) restores, colorizes and animates photos you upload. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it. The short version: your photos are used only to produce your results, they are deleted after 30 days, and we never use them to train AI models.

What we collect

Photos you upload. Stored privately in our file storage while your job is processed and for 30 days afterwards, so you can download your results. Then they are permanently deleted, originals and results alike.

Your email address, only if you buy credits or request a sign-in link. We use it to send the sign-in link, deliver receipts and answer support requests.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a record of your purchase (pack, amount, date) linked to your email.

Technical data. To enforce the free preview limit we store a hashed identifier derived from your IP address and browser characteristics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. Upload forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.

Referral attribution. If you arrive through a partner link, a cookie remembers that referral so we can credit the partner for a later purchase.

What we never do

• We never use your photos or results to train AI models.
• We never sell or share your photos with anyone.
• We never send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

Processing partners

Photos are processed by AI models hosted at fal.ai. Files are transferred securely, processed automatically, and are not retained by the model provider beyond processing. Emails are delivered by Resend. Hosting, storage and analytics run on Cloudflare.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected] from the email address concerned. Deletion of photos happens automatically after 30 days in any case.
