Every credit purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy for any reason, we refund the purchase in full. We would rather lose a sale than have you regret trying to save a family photo.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase, from the email address you used at checkout. Say that you want a refund. That is all - no forms and no questions you have to answer.
What happens next
We confirm within one business day and issue the refund through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the money arrives within 5 to 10 business days. The credits from the refunded purchase are removed from your account; any results you already generated remain downloadable until their normal 30-day expiry.
Scope
The guarantee covers each purchase for 30 days from the date of payment. It applies whether or not you have spent the credits. We only ask for fairness: accounts that repeatedly buy, spend and refund may be declined future purchases.
Free previews
Previews cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund - if a preview does not look right, simply do not pay for the download.
