Results and quality
Will AI change the face in my photo?
No. Restoration repairs damage and can add color, but it preserves identity - faces, expressions and the character of the photo stay as they are. Every result is shown next to the original so you can verify this yourself.
Every result is a reconstruction - what does that mean?
AI fills in damaged or missing detail based on what the rest of the photo suggests. Usually that matches reality; occasionally it does not. That is why we show the before and after slider and ask you to compare before downloading.
What kind of photos work best?
Good scans or clear phone photos of prints, taken in daylight without glare. One clear face per photo works best for animation and hug videos.
Payments and credits
How does payment work?
You buy a credit pack once through Stripe - card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No subscription. Credits are tied to your email and never expire.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason within 30 days, email us and we refund it in full.
Do free previews cost anything?
You get 2 free photo previews per day - the photo pipeline with its repair, color and sharpness switches. Video features - bringing a photo to life and the hug video - have no free stage at all.
Privacy and access
What happens to my uploaded photos?
They are stored privately, used only to produce your results, and deleted from our servers after 30 days. They are never used to train models.
How do I sign in without a password?
After a purchase we email you a magic link - clicking it opens your photos. Need to get back in later? Request a new link on the My photos page, no password ever.
How long can I download my results?
Results stay available for 30 days from creation. Download anything you want to keep - after 30 days files are permanently deleted.
